About Dr. Kaistha

Dr. Rupal Patel Kaistha received her Doctor of Optometry degree at the State University of New York, State College of Optometry in 2004, where she served as Class Vice President. She has since been practicing in the South Jersey area. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians and Atco Lions Club.

Dr. Kaistha is a licensed therapeutic optometric physician who offers comprehensive eye care, including pediatric and geriatric eye exams. She has advanced training in all types of contact lens modalities. She manages dry eye disease, macular degeneration, glaucoma, ocular emergencies, cataracts, and all eye conditions, including complications of hypertension, diabetes, and other systemic conditions.

The Personal Side

Dr. Rupal Patel Kaistha was born in Zambia, Africa, and has lived in India, Canada, Texas, and New York before settling in New Jersey.

Dr. Rupal Patel Kaistha is married to an optometrist Dr. Arun Kaistha who has an office in Pennsauken, NJ (Cooper River Eye Associates). She is a compassionate and caring doctor and a devoted mother of three.

Dr. Kaistha enjoys movies, exercise, travel, and family time.
